White and gold CHRISMONS represent Jesus’s royal, pure attributes and the Love, Light and
Hope He brought to the world through His life, sacrificial death and powerful resurrection.
A beautiful, large Christmas tree, decorated with handcrafted CHRISMONS made by many over
many years, shines in our Worship Center.
It has been a tradition at LCC since 1979 to give a small CHRISMON to all Sunday school
students during the Advent season. These ornaments are made by friends and members of the
Children’s Education Team. A limited number of this year’s CHRISMONS are available to others
who may want one at 9:00 and 10:45 morning worship on December 21 and after Christmas.
The 2025 CHRISMON features a clear ball filled with gold and white beads reminding us that
Jesus welcomes everyone to follow Him and trust in His promises.
There is a poster in the church narthex displaying LCC’s handcrafted CHRISMONS.
