Sharing the Good News!
So of course, you’re going to invite your family to Christmas Eve services, right? We will offer two Christmas Eve services, the Family Friendly service at 4:30 pm and the Traditional Worship at 7:00 pm.
But this year, why not consider expanding your circle of invitees to include getting the word out to our neighborhood and beyond? Most people don’t send out postcard invitations anymore. What we do send are emails and social media posts.
So here’s where you come in. First, word-of-mouth is of course the best advertising, but why not tell your friends, neighbors and colleagues about our Christmas Eve services electronically? We’ll show you how!
First, if you email, you can always send a note with a link to our article about visiting LCC for Christmas. Just copy and include this link below in a note to friends and it will send them right to our web page where they can learn about coming for our Christmas services at LCC.

For those of you who are social media savvy, you can go to our Facebook page where you will see our two Christmas Eve events posted. To find our page, search for Lutheran Church of the Cross and Day School and click on it. It will bring you to our page where you can indicate your interest in attending either of the services. One event is for the 4:30 worship, and there is a separate event for the 7:00 pm worship. Click the button. After that, you can invite others of your friends to go in the guest section.
Second, you can share either events to your own page so others will see what LCC has to offer. The more “shares” we have for an event, the more it will show up in people’s Facebook feeds.
Please remember that liking our Facebook page and liking our posts help raise our visibility for others to learn about LCC. If you have not followed our page, please do so to make sure our posts and info shows up in your news feed.
So, go tell it on the mountain, whether the way you tell it is verbal or by a few clicks of the mouse on Facebook. And then, oh come, all ye faithful to worship our newborn Savior on Christmas Eve at LCC.
